The Message Sherpa platform walks you step by step though the creation of a newsletter. Each user has their own login, but content is aggregated into the publisher account for editorial control and easy use in your email communications. This eliminates the need to send info in various formats via email and attachments and for the publisher to have to copy, paste and reformat all the content.

Borrow or share content from other complementary businesses or organizations in your local area or industry. Businesses not currently using MessageSherpa can easily setup a free account to post content into the system. This could be used by your suppliers, vendors, or other organizations that service your customers. The possibilities are endless.
RSS feeds
Share interesting articles and information from any RSS feed with your users effortlessly. The MessageSherpa RSS collector grabs the information for you and places it in your RSS Library; you just check the content you want to include in your newsletter. You can also use this feature to grab content from your own blog or website.
Photo Management
No need to manually edit or crop your photos. All you have to do is simply select the photo you wish to use and our system will automatically size it for you. You can also move your photo around while you Preview your newsletter using our WYSIWYG processor.
Hosted Website Page
Often people want to email users with the latest news, offers, or a special event but can’t fit allthe details in the email. MessageSherpa automatically creates a website page that is linked to the newsletter. All you do is enter the information into our editor and a separate hosted web page is automatically created along with a link to that page.
YouTube Videos
Want to include YouTube videos in your emails with just a click of a button? Simply copy and paste the URL of your video and our system will automatically display the video image and player and link to the play the video. This is a huge time saver!
